Every individual is unique and has special needs, desires and goals. What we all have in common though, is that at the root of each and every goal, is the desire to feel better. The only reason we ever want anything (a new job, new relationship, more money or weight loss) is because we believe we will feel better in the having of it.  In the world of nutrition, the goal I hear most often is weight loss in an effort to "be healthy" or to "feel better". Many people try achieving this in a way that is restrictive, unpleasant and miserable! Sounds kind of backwards huh? The "Feel Good Approach" take emphasis off of weight loss and shifts the focus to making healthy behavior changes. By focusing on other measures of health such as sleep, energy, digestion and mood, we can improve all aspects of health while feeling good in the process. The feel good approach provides accountability, consistency and structure. It's been proven that it takes 66 days to make lasting behavior change. That's where my 3-month programs come in. Lifestyle Optimization

12 Weeks: One 60 minute session + six 30 minute sessions

Are you excelling at all areas of your life but still can't seem to get your nutrition "under control?" Do you work such long hours and have so many responsibilities, that your health and nutrition get put on the back burner?  Perhaps you suffer from mood swings, gut issues, anxiety, depression, cravings or low energy. Or maybe you’re looking to align your nutrition with your fitness and training goals. In this 12-week program, we address the role nutrition plays in mental health, physical health and overall well being while using food as medicine to reduce your symptoms and optimize your health. Together we will overcome obstacles and set goals in a quest to fuel our bodies and our minds in a way that feels good.


Intuitive Eating

12 Weeks: One 60 minute session + six 30 minute sessions

Note: THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. If you have tried every diet program out there, feel hopeless, or know your relationship with food feels less than healthy, this is the program for you. This intuitive eating program is designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate self-respect, love and compassion. Intuitive eating is a dynamic mind-body integration of emotion, instinct and rational-thought. It is a process of honoring your health and well being by paying attention to the cues of your body and meeting both your physical and emotional needs. Throughout this program, we will review the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, cultivating body awareness and a healthy relationship with food.


MRT Food Sensitivity Testing

12 Weeks: 1 Food Sensitivity Test + 1,90 min+ 5, 30 min sessions

Do you frequently experience migraines, fatigue, acne, IBS, abdominal bloating or GERD? You may have a sensitivity to some of the foods you are eating. Even if you are eating a balance diet of fruits, vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats, if you are consuming foods you are sensitive to, you will continue to be inflamed and will likely not get the health outcomes you are looking for. Unlike type 1 hypersensitivities that cause anaphalaxis, type 3 and 4 hypersensitivities to foods and food-chemicals cause subclinical and clinical inflammation and can play a role in many common illnesses:

Gastrointestinal Issues: IBS, Crohn’s, microscopic colitis, ulcerative colitis, GERD, cyclical vomiting syndrome

Neurological Issues: Migraines, depression, insomnia, ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, epilepsy

Musculoskeletal Issues: Chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, inflammatory arthritis

Endocrine Issues: Type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity

Using MRT (mediator release testing), the gold standard for food sensitivities, we can determine which foods you may be reacting to and design a personalize program to reduce inflammation and heal your body from the inside out.

Initial Consultation

This 60-minute session starts with a short mental and physical self-test so we can asses a wide range of health indicators from current stress levels, digestion, sleep quality, mood and energy levels to get a broad look at your current state of health. With a focus on feeling good and making healthy behavior changes, I like to use this test to measure progress in ways that do not involve a scale. We will then take a comprehensive look at your lifestyle, preferences and goals while reviewing your medical and social history. By the end of this session, we will devise a treatment plan and determine which program best suits your needs.


Initial consultation must be completed prior to initiation of any program. Initial consultation fee is not included in program cost.

**The work I do with my clients is meant to enhance quality of life, improve health and reduce stress. I know making time for doctors visits and other appointments can be challenging. For that reason, I offer hours outside the typical 9-5 and offer both in-person and virtual sessions via FaceTime or phone call.**
