FAQ’s:

1) Do you accept insurance?

In an effort to give my clients all of my energy, more time and the best possible care, I do not accept insurance. I can however provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

2) Do you offer any other programs?

My signature program is my 3 month Feel Good For Life program because it takes about 90 days to make a lasting behavior chance. I do also offer 1 month and customizable programs for clients interested in virtual coaching. Schedule a free 30 minute consultation for more information. All in-person programs are 3 months long.

3) Do you guarantee results?

Like anything in life, you get what you give. If you are willing to show up and do the work you will get results. If you don’t make time for the sessions, fail to work on your goals and give little effort, I cannot guarantee results.

4) Who do you work with?

I only work with highly committed individuals (adults +18). My program requires a time commitment from both parties and is only recommended for those who are ready to make a change TODAY.

I do not offer a money back guarantee. Again, results are based off the effort you put into the program.

7) Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes - virtual sessions cancelled or rescheduled within a 24-hour window will be charged for. In-person sessions cancelled or rescheduled within a 48-hour window will be charged for.
