This 90 day intuitive eating program is designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate self-respect, love and compassion. Intuitive eating is a dynamic mind-body integration of emotion, instinct and rational-thought. It is a PROCESS of honoring your health and well being by paying attention to the cues of your body and meeting both your physical and emotional needs.
