Hi! I’m Lauren Cadillac, aka the Feel Good Dietitian. I'm an eating disorder recovered Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer and most importantly, dog mom (see above). I take a Health At Every Size approach and focus first on feeling good; improving energy, sleep, digestion, mental health and relationship with food. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I help clients break free of the dieting cycle and eat without guilt or shame. Applying the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, clients are able to tune back in to the intelligence of their body to achieve authentic health. I currently offer virtual 1-on-1 and small group coaching for clients all over the world.

From the time I was in High School, I knew I wanted to spend my life helping others improve their health and well-being. After graduating from Penn State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences, I completed a 1200-hour supervised practice, dietetic internship through The College of Saint Elizabeth.  My first job as a RD (Registered Dietitian) was in an acute-care hospital working with patients with diabetes, renal disease, COPD, heart disease, tube feedings, wound healing needs and those in critical care.

In 2014, I started competing in the bikini division of the National Physique Committee. In the 2.5 years I competed I managed to take home first place and the overall title at multiple shows and even won first place at a national show (Jr. USA's -finishing 1 spot away from achieving "pro status").

Towards the end of 2015, I decided to fuse my love for nutrition and passion for competing/fitness and become a Certified Personal Trainer. I climbed the ranks of the fitness ladder and became a Tier 3+ Equinox Trainer. Being heavily involved in both the fitness and bodybuilding industry however, took a toll on my relationship with food. My physical and mental health began to decline until I discovered the Intuitive Eating framework. After learning about this process and seeing how transformative it was in my own life, I knew this was something I needed to share with the world.

I completed the certification process with Evelyn Tribole (one of the creators of Intuitive Eating) and niched down my practice to focus on this framework. I now help my clients make peace with food, foster self-compassion and regain trust in their bodies. We spend time discussing issues outside of the realm of nutrition that often go overlooked (but impact our eating habits very much), such as self-care, self-talk and stress management. I create a strong relationship with my clients that serves as a vehicle for change. I’m here to offer support and guidance to help my clients free themselves from diet culture and live a FEEL GOOD life!
