Course Details

This course is designed to coincide with the 4th edition of the Intuitive Eating book (not included). I’ve heard so many people tell me they have read the book but are still unsure of how to actually implement the framework into their life - that is where this program comes in! The Intuitive Eating framework can feel overwhelming and intimidating which is why I break it down to bite-size pieces. Upon purchase, you will have access to all module 1 content.
